I was scammed, item never received, refund processed but never received....I didn't pay with PayPal, what do I do now?

Mentore6 months agoIf you received the email from eBay confirming the refund, the refund has been made.
The refund always follows the same route as the payment, in reverse, so you should find it on the card the payment was made from.
The timing may not depend on eBay, but only on your card.
