Scam ??
Good morning. I’d like your help because in January I bought a perfume from the online shop Profumilandia-shop. The perfume never arrived, the seller disappeared and it’s now impossible to contact him. Of course I reported it many times, but never got any positive outcome.
Is it possible that eBay won’t give me a refund? What should I do?

You had 30 days from the supposed delivery date.
