Scam..
Good morning, I bought an item that was in China on July 18th and the seller says they delivered it to me on the 20th. The seller has been removed from Ebay and I can't get any info. I tried using PayPal, which I had used for the payment, but ebay told PayPal that the item was delivered..I don't know what to do..

Mentore2 weeks agoIf you’ve contacted Paypal, you need to keep going down that path.
Ebay gave Paypal the tracking number that the seller provided to certify delivery. (check for yourself what that tracking says).
