Scam?
Summary: faupalm0 bought a poster but received a used book and a partial refund of three euros instead of 44. They made the purchase as an unregistered user and the seller is not responding. The complaint was also rejected, and faupalm0 suspects a scam or an uncorrected mistake.
I bought a poster and received a used book and three euros refunded out of 44. I made the purchase as an unregistered user. The seller is not responding to me. How can I get the refund? I already filed the complaint but it was rejected.
It seems obvious to me that this is either a scam or a mistake they don't want to fix.

If no more than 30 days have passed since delivery, request a return at the seller’s expense.
Only by returning the item will you be able to get a refund!
