How do I contact Ebay because, in my opinion, I was scammed. The seller doesn't exist, because if I click on one seller, someone replies to me from Germany claiming that the product (a case that I did not order, nor receive) has arrived, I don't know to whom, I wrote to Paypal, which charged the payment, €130, and they say I have to contact the courier, I wrote a certified email to THE COURIERS and they keep passing the responsibility back and forth. Everyone tells me that the product was delivered and they even have proof of delivery, but I have NEVER seen it. I would like to know to whom the goods were delivered. I forgot to mention that I also went to the Police, who advised me to write a certified email to everyone before filing a report.

OP2 years agoI paid 130€ for an item that I had, and then immediately canceled, but that I never received, despite Paypal having, but not showing me, a receipt document. But doesn't E bay have a phone number or an official email address? They are the REAL scam!

If there is proof of delivery, I’d say the matter is already closed.

OP2 years agoI tried everything, the seller, the one who “stole” the €130, vanished into thin air. I’m not a newbie, but the SCAM was well organized. The seller is called media-shop and as soon as you click on this seller, a German page opens. But doesn’t Ebay have an official email or phone number? I’d like to talk to them because they’re the SCAM!

I repeat, if there is proof of delivery, there’s nothing you can do, eBay won’t help you.
