Hello, if I buy on eBay and get scammed.... I mean, if the person I buy from doesn't send me the package, does eBay issue a refund or not?

OP1 year agoAh so not all items are covered by eBay's money-back guarantee... Like if I want to buy firecrackers and the person I'm sending money to scams me, eBay doesn't refund me for those items, right?
