Earbud scam
I was scammed by a rude person who doesn't want to send me the label to return the fake item.
he wished cancer on me and insults me
how can I resolve this and then report him?

Mentore3 years agoThe Apple AirPods Pro are currently on sale at Mediaworld for €244... paying €70 for them means less than a third of their market value...
Even if buying counterfeit goods for personal use is not a crime, an administrative penalty may still be imposed, without it constituting a criminal offense.
So if you have opened the correct procedure on eBay, follow Mario's advice... but I would be very cautious about the complaint...

For the report, you need to go to the police or the Carabinieri.
