eBay and Poste Italiane scam, VAT doubled
VAT on import paid twice and eBay support nonexistent, worse than talking to a brick wall after sending proof I only wasted wasted time. abandon this sales platform it is not efficient

First of all, you need to understand that the mistake may have been made by the seller (who did not attach the invoice to the package, where the VAT payment was shown) or by the post office (who did not read the invoice).
