Return scam
I received a return from a customer based on a false claim on PayPal (on eBay she had not obtained the right to return). On this supposed return package, the lady wrote the name eBay instead of my
name, and the package was sent back to her. PayPal still refunded her the amount. And the lady got both the goods and the money. It’s a scam carried out through fake returns. eBay stated that it does not protect me even though it clearly understands the scam (the tracking is crystal clear and the shipping document shows recipient ebay sarl) because the scam was done on PayPal and neither I nor they can talk to them

Mentore2 years agoAside from the fact that with PayPal you can talk to them too, how can you declare yourself a "private seller" with what you sell and how you sell it?
