Arrival date change scam
I'm not receiving the order I paid for. It was never shipped. I've sent the seller message after message and they don't respond. EBay says it can't protect me and I've lost €50

Mentore2 years agoIt’s impossible that after multiple requests and messages the seller won’t answer me and won’t ship the item. EBay doesn’t protect me because it says I have to hope the seller responds. At least my €50 should be refunded to me. And then the person behind the username melissabigmel should be reported so they can’t scam other people. You at EBay should protect me and refund me and then remove this person, who takes payment and doesn’t ship.

OP2 years agoEbay says I should have had them step in right after or after 30 days in order to get anything...but if I kept seeing the arrival date pushed back by a week each time?! I couldn’t know that this system was meant to make me lose the chance to be protected by ebay somehow

Mentore2 years agoYou were looking at the listing's delivery date, which refers to delivery in the case of buying now.
You should have referred exclusively to the delivery date shown on the listing at the time of purchase, the one that remains frozen on your order summary.
