eBay scam
I bought a Swarovski necklace in August, when it arrived it seemed authentic, complete with box and warranty ... Then over time it all faded and it lost some diamonds... So I contacted the seller but never received a reply... He sold me a counterfeit product and I haven't found anyone who can help me... Any advice?

Now even PayPal has reduced the warranty on the conformity of the product received to 30 days.
So you can only try to do something if you paid by credit card (directly or through PayPal).
Ask your bank whether a report to the Carabinieri or the Guardia di Finanza is needed, so that you can then do a chargeback.
