EBAY s.a.r.l. scam

I purchased as an unregistered user the visor closing mechanisms for the helmet for 18.00 euros + 24.92 for the screws. Paid with Paypal. I see the charge in favor of EBAY S.a.r.l. But no confirmation email, no trace of anything. Impossible to contact ebay: a continuous redirect to pages and links. In the summary email as an unregistered user, "[TD_VOD_URL]" appears. Paypal redirects me to ebay, which is unresponsive. Does anyone have any info on this? Scam?
