iPhone 15 Pro Max scam
Warning, the iPhone 15 Pro Max auction scam is still going on.
Unfortunately, I fell for it like a fool.
eBay says that some guy steals other sellers' accounts and puts these iPhones up for "sale".
But I wonder, what does eBay do to stop it?
As far as I'm concerned, nothing, since the scam keeps going and there are still listings today that ask for payment only by bank transfer. But isn't that forbidden on eBay?
I thought it was a more serious platform, but I think, like others, it only cares about profits.

Mentore2 years agoOn eBay, payment by bank transfer is expressly forbidden.
If someone buys using this method, they do so at their own exclusive risk, outside of eBay.
You can report irregular listings to eBay.

Watch out, this is the beneficiary name to use for the bank transfer.
