Scam: package marked as delivered but not received
Hi, I shipped an order.
The order shows as delivered
The buyer says he didn't receive it.
That the address is wrong, that it was left on the stairs, someone passing by by chance took it
The address is correct
the package was delivered
I have a photo of the receipt
The order on ebay shows as delivered
Ebay has blocked the order funds
what should I do?

Mentore6 months agoRespond to the dispute on eBay with the package tracking, even better talk to a representative. If it's a high-value item, you can ask the courier for the POD (proof of delivery).
