Protected scam by eBay
Sorry, I’m asking because this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I sold an item, packed and shipped by me, and upon receipt the buyer claims that a piece was missing (which isn’t true). After a lot of back and forth, I told them to send me back the remaining piece so I could assess the situation, so the buyer asked for a return and a refund. When the package sent by the buyer arrived, it was completely empty. Now the buyer has also opened a dispute because I still haven’t issued the refund..... How can I protect myself from these scams?

Mentore3 years agoYou can't defend yourself, dishonest people are a limited percentage on these platforms, but when they strike, they know how to do it.
