Scam on eBay
Good morning, I was scammed; I paid and the user never replied to me again, I opened the case for a refund and, by my own mistake, I accidentally closed it. Result? I never received the refund, I lost the money, and customer service only works via chat; since they don’t have phone numbers, they’re very evasive and I’m honestly shocked. A platform of this size is absurd—give me some advice, thanks

Try through paypal - if you used it for the payment - or chargeback with the credit card
