I’ll start by saying that for years everything’s been fine with deliveries, but this time no, it’s not about the 20 euros....the courier says he delivered the package to the point, the person who runs the point denies it, the courier tells the point to contact him because he would have the receipt signature, can I get someone fired or do I have to swallow the scam? One of the 2 is lying...how disgusting...it was a toy for my son...then they say the world is violent...it makes you want to though..

Mentore1 year agoAccording to what Bartolini says on the site regarding the Fermopoints affiliated with it, once they are marked as delivered, they become the responsibility of the Fermopoint.
It is specified in one of the FAQs …. https://www.fermopoint.it/faq
