extendable tube
Hello everyone.... I’d like some clarification.... On July 17, 2023 I bought an extendable hose.... the thing is the sender, I don’t know why, instead of sending it to my address sent it to Piacenza.... I called him and he tells me that it’s human to make mistakes.... he sends it again.... the shipping address is a different one but still wrong.. I call him.... I tell him that my address is the same for everyone, that it has always been the one on eBay. Just copy and paste.... as of today nothing has arrived and it was supposed to arrive within three working days.... I asked for a refund but he tells me it’s covered by eBay customer guarantee... he tells me to wait.... but I know that if the package doesn’t arrive by the agreed date then what happens?
