We all know eBay’s policy, where they protect sellers so they can sell as much as possible. The training they give to consultants is:
SELLER PROTECTION without checks, you can send all the documentation you want but if the seller makes up excuses like "threats" and "offensive language" the tamed consultant will make sure the seller gets away with it.

Go ahead, I don't know if you'll be glad to know that eBay is a platform that's completely skewed in favor of buyers; you just need to know how to use it and know the rules well (this unknown thing).
