Good morning, I don’t know if this has happened to you too, but to find your articles published by third parties, copied. In my opinion this causes enormous damage, as well as confusion especially in certificates of originality and authenticity. eBay forbids phone contact outside the eBay circle, but everything would be much simpler with a video call to resolve any doubt about the actual possession of the item and the documentation of an authentic article. Has anyone run into these problems? What is your opinion? The eBay system does not recognize and does not even distinguish the original from the photocopy. Abhorrent, but try it to believe it. Any advice is welcome. AI is not reliable even with email replies. Is it worth entrusting valuable items and unique pieces after the platform’s total decline?
