Discussion interactions are currently paused.

Because of an error in creating the shipping label returned by the site spedizioni.ebay, you call support, who tell you that this support must be provided by packlink, but they, in order to answer you, ask for the label number that you were unable to generate because of the error mentioned above.
All that’s left is to close the account, also because ebay doesn’t even exist as support.

Seriously?!?!

You bought a label from Packlin, so it’s obvious that you need to ask them.

How can it be obvious if the service is offered by ebay on the ebay site, under ebay's aegis?

I really don't think it's obvious.

Maybe it would be a good idea to turn your brain on before giving random answers.

The thing is obvious because eBay has NEVER sold anything, neither items nor shipping... and since you've been on eBay since 2005 you should know that!

So who is it that should switch on their brain when replying?

In fact, it has never sold its services, it has never issued invoices for the transactions, it does not provide support to the "customers". But please.

But why do you have to give stupid, unsolicited answers?

Maybe I was wrong to ask you to turn on your brain because it only works when there's some matter inside.

I was just thinking of closing the account and thanks to you I found confirmation.
