Last 2 months, sales have plunged by 80%
Hello, I’d like to know if you’ve also noticed a drop in sales and visits, in the last 2 months at least 80% less..compared to the same periods last year .... and at least 50% less overall, I contacted seller support to see if my account was all in order and it is, I have 100% positive reviews, I update and post often, I reply to reviews and questions ...things I’ve always done.I have more than 1100 listings...and until about 2 months ago I was selling well, then less and less...and now the last sale I made was on April 12 .. then nothing.I don’t know what to think or do...if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated thanks !

OP3 years agoI put the VAT number there. Anyway, going back to the post, something’s not right... until a few months ago, 22-25, even 30 sales... and this month of April only 3....

Mentore3 years agoYou couldn't have entered the VAT number... your account is still private and you need to change it to professional, as it should be... and as it should be, you pay the correct fees for the work of a merchant you do!
In this way you come across as an unauthorized seller... sorry if that's not enough!

OP3 years agoWho is abusive is not for you to decide... and learn how to live in the real world! If I need to make any changes... eBay will tell me; for me, you’re the last wheel on the wagon. Goodbye

So don’t be offended if someone points it out... I know how to behave in the world... in fact, I’m following the rules... unlike those who think they can be “clever”...

How can you display your VAT number? How can you sponsor your listings?
As a private individual, in this type of sales you will always be indexed at the end:

OP3 years agoI've been selling on ebay for over 4 years, this drop has only been for 2 months. I can sponsor the items, and customers don't really care much about the VAT number, from a tax point of view I record the sales like the ones made in the shop, only as a private individual I pay 5% and not 11.50.....sorry if that's little!

Mentore3 years agoI understand your point of view, but I remind you that indicating the VAT number is a legal obligation. Not by chance, ebay provides space for publishing the VAT number and contact info only for professional sellers (publishing contact info is instead expressly forbidden for private sellers).
