At the end of May I bought an item, paid for it, it was supposed to arrive at the end of July, beginning of August, never received it, made many requests, then they inform me that I received my item, but they can do all the necessary investigations, I received nothing, requested a refund, but no one ever answered my requests, given how this case is going, I will have to leave eBay and go to Amazon.

Mentore1 year agoOn eBay, presales with shipments more than 40 days later would be prohibited.
Anyway, both on eBay and Amazon, if a courier certifies that a package with that tracking code was delivered to your address, there is no refund.

OP1 year agoBut my package never arrived at my house, that’s the problem.

Mentore1 year agoIt doesn’t matter what you say, but what the courier confirms. This is obvious, otherwise anyone could get a refund by saying they didn’t receive the item.
