A buyer requests a refund claiming that they did not receive proof of delivery for a shipment, and eBAY does not verify the credibility of the buyer's refund request, but hastily blocks my funds, trusting that person's word alone. I, as the seller, seeing my funds blocked, make an inquiry with the carrier (poste italiane) and they confirm delivery. An extortion (a scam) was taking place. Question? Where was eBAY? Before verifying the buyer's request by showing evidence of their activity, I believe that eBAY did not do its job and I am very sorry about that. Thanks Simone
