Hello, this is the first time I’ve put an item up for sale on eBay.

A buyer purchased it and asked me for a different shipping address.

I tried to reply to him through eBay, but I received an email from the platform warning me that the user is no longer registered and that, for my safety, my message was not forwarded.

Can I cancel the transaction and relist the item, or do I need to do something else?

Cancel the sale and then you can relist the item...
