A buyer is trying to scam me and eBay is imposing restrictions on me
Hello everyone, I have had an eBay store for 3 years where I sell and ship all my packages with tracking and follow them until delivery. A customer bought a perfume, it arrived on March 14, and on Saturday the 18th he opened a claim for item not received when the shipment shows as delivered 4 days earlier. I would like to ask, is it normal that eBay allows these people to open a claim and then imposes restrictions on my account by removing all the listings? I also have the shipping slip made via SDA for this person, but the only thing the email tells me is to enter the shipping codes for all sold items, but that is something I normally do. If anyone has found themselves in my same situation, I would be glad to know how they solved it, thanks

Mentore3 years agoWhat you’ve already done should be enough; I’d contact eBay customer service and ask what the problem is. https://www.ebay.it/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contatta-ebay?id=4379&st=3&pos=1&query=Contatta%20eBay&intent=contatta%20ebay&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1326
Maybe it has to do with the feedback you bought/sold, do you know that’s illegal? Probably, because of the dispute, they did what I did, that is, they took a look at your account and noticed these “skeletons”.

OP3 years agoI asked support for help and it’s about a user whose shipment was delivered on the 14th and they open a claim for item not received on the 18th if you look at my feedback besides those 8 50 coupons there are items sold and many users and to consider that they buy but don’t leave feedback regards

Mentore3 years agoThis does not change the fact that the buying and selling of feedback is illegal and that it should absolutely be prosecuted as a dishonest practice.
