A clarification before a purchase
Hi everyone, if I buy an item like a soccer jersey and then I don’t like it and the seller said it can’t be returned, can I start the refund process? What happens? The shipping costs? Thanks to anyone who can clarify this for me.

Mentore10 months agoIf it says that returns are not possible, it’s a private seller.
You can’t have the shirt sent to you to look at and then decide whether or not to buy it!
He can refuse returns if you don’t like the shirt. Even if he were to accept it later, because you changed your mind, the return costs would be on you.
A different case is if the shirt turned out to be different from what is described in the listing. In this second case, the seller would be forced to accept the return and the return costs would be on him.
