if I’ve ever had the item bought from me I don’t get any kind of message, alert, email, nothing at all, absolutely nothing, the customer contacts me directly otherwise I wouldn’t have known anything and I have the app and all the notifications are on, the pissed-off customer will give zero stars and leave negative feedback and that’s not fair at least an email so you can write directly to someone in charge at eBay
