if you sell collectible coins and send them loose in an envelope... if they arrive damaged, you are the one responsible... you're a professional, so you should have shown at least some care... don't reply that "you were in a hurry"...
Impossible to leave 3 feedback entries on two transactions. The coins were 3 across 3 separate transactions.
Anyway, you can ask for them to be removed since they contain the buyer’s subjective judgments and offend your honor. Contact ebay customer service.
Your latest reply is also censurable. Under art. 61 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/05 (updated with 26/14), the professional seller is also responsible for transport until it reaches the buyer’s hands.
The delivery obligation is fulfilled through the transfer of physical possession or otherwise control of the goods to the consumer.
