hi, I bought a dental water flosser on July 23, 2023 and it’s been a week since it stopped working, I contacted the seller who asked me to send him a video, which I’m unable to make, could someone here kindly give me some clarification about this? thanks

on eBay messaging you can only send images and photos.
So ask the seller for an alternative method like email or instant messaging, to send them the video.
