A client of mine bought a Neapolitan cassette
One of my customers bought a Neapolitan cassette (Factory Sealed, with photos posted by me on the Ebay page.....he replies:
hi I appreciate how the item was packed carefully... everything was fine until I saw the cassette, which is definitely scratched. I'm waiting for the cassette player to check that it works.....I replied to him:
Dear ...I sent a Factory Sealed package, meaning Sealed directly from the Record Label and the package was never opened, as you can see from the posted photos....I'm sorry but I don't know what to reply, what is certain is that a cassette in those conditions cannot be the cassette that the Record Label originally packaged..........it's his 1st order on Ebay and I wouldn't want him to try to make me look like a profiteer....I receive positive feedback every day that fills my heart and I ask you, Ebay Friends, what to do if he continues to insist that it's my fault.....he attached the photo of the cassette, which is definitely not the one I shipped since it was Factory Sealed, which we know what that means....

Mentore2 years agoMaybe he’s hoping you’ll offer him a partial refund.
Wait for him to open a dispute, then offer to take back the cassette at your own expense.

Mentore2 years agoEbay will not read any messages and, if there is an open dispute, it cannot close it without a request from the buyer to do so.

OP2 years agoHe realized that he could get into trouble and asked eBay to waive any refunds....and eBay immediately sent the full order total to my account....everything forgotten and I left the customer positive feedback because he understood that he has to behave honestly...all OK.... Pino Brek
