I made a series of offers and received counteroffers. I didn't know how to end it, but I stated that I was interested in buyingthe seller issues the payment without my consent and the credit card issuer blocks the paymentI find the same item for less and buy it. now my credit card is blocked by the 1st seller to whom I sent a message saying I was NOT INTERESTED IN PROCEEDING and to cancel/withdraw the payment request. I have received no response from the 1st seller.what should I do?Can I report the seller to ebay because they are not responding to me?
