A bit of confusion about "My eBay"

on "my eBay" An item bought a few days ago is already marked as received while in reality it hasn’t even been shipped yet, while an item that has already been received is still marked as being prepared.

Yesterday in fact I got the email informing me that the item that hadn’t been shipped was already out for delivery, when I went to pick it up it was instead the item that was still marked as not yet shipped.
