A terrible service
I bought a return label 10 days ago, and no one has ever shown up to pick it up. Despite numerous reports to eBay Returns, I haven't been able to solve the problem. I risk not returning the item on time because of the service's inefficiency, not to mention it's giving me gastritis

Mentore3 years agoIt’s not necessarily the case that by buying a label you also buy home pickup!
If, however, you were sure you had purchased a service that included it, it would have been enough to contact and ask for support from where you bought it, namely Packlink... not eBay...

They split the service between two providers, the return service is handled by parcel2go.
