A guy left me 3 negative feedbacks
sorry, I was selling a product 6 months ago priced at 80 euros and this user kept sending me offers for 15 euros, I kept refusing, in the end I sold the product at half price to another customer, and after various rejections of the too-low offers, this user out of nowhere leaves me 3 negative feedbacks, with no sense or basis, and now I’m having trouble selling. could some administrator or someone in charge please do something about this ?

Mentore3 years agoHe can’t have left you 3 negative feedbacks for 3 rejected offers; he must have made some purchases that you cancelled or something like that, because it’s not possible to leave feedback for a rejected offer

Mentore3 years agoIt seems that the purchase proposal has been accepted 3 times.
After all, if that weren't the case, it wouldn't have been able to leave you feedback.

OP3 years agoif 3 times my brother who doesn't know the prices accepted, in fact I argued with him, in the end I had put it up for 40 euros myself personally, there really isn't anything that can be done about it ?

Mentore3 years agoThe main thing is not to give your brother access to the account!
As for the rest, if you have three feedback review requests available and reach an agreement with the buyer, you can try to have them changed; otherwise there's nothing you can do about it.

Mentore3 years agoYour brother won't know the prices, but when you get an offer it is also clearly specified how much lower it is than the price you're asking.
