A user bought an item, but I can't find the sale among the orders
Good morning,
a user bought one of my items, but among my orders the sale doesn't exist. If I go to the listing it tells me that I sold the item and that it's out of stock, but I don't have the order details.
The user received the email correctly and also has an order number.
What can I do? Has this ever happened to you?

Mentore1 year agoIt must be on the sold items summary and you must have received a message from eBay with the details and the shipping address.
Have eBay customer service call you, use the link at the bottom of this page… https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/listings/trovare-gli-oggetti-che-hai-venduto?id=4108
