Good evening, I ordered a DVD, and instead of replying here on the site, the seller called me on the phone! VERY RUDELY INSISTING THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED THE DVD! Unfortunately, that is not the case! MOREOVER, FROM A PHONE NUMBER BELONGING TO A CONSUMER ASSOCIATION! I spoke with them this morning! If there is a possibility of sending a screenshot, I am available! I would kindly like to know whether this behavior is normal? Thank you
