I've been registered on E-bay since June 2010.. and this is the first time I've used the forum feature. I wonder how it is possible that a seller shows 12 positive feedback -100%- out of 12, when more than one user had already left them a negative feedback, including mine, from a purchase made on November 25, 2024. (the item arrived different and as a fake copy of an original product). How come my review and the other negative ones from other users are no longer visible? Why are only the 100% positive ones visible now? I am considering leaving E-bay because at this point I no longer consider it a site that, through feedback ratings, protects buyers.

Mentore1 year agoFeedback has never been a form of protection for buyers... the protection is the Guarantee for users that ebay offers... just read how it works and follow the procedures carefully.
Feedback can be removed if it does not comply with the marketplace rules or if it is defamatory... whether you like it or not...
