Tell me what you think about a shipment with a photo of the attached envelope and tracking code that shows as delivered, both through eBay and through the postal service website, but despite everything, after it had been resolved in my favor yesterday, the verdict changed again and was resolved in the buyer’s favor, and the full amount was refunded, as if it were my fault. All this is simply ridiculous. I don’t know who handles eBay cases, but it’s absurd. Anyone can say they didn’t receive anything and want a refund, and even if the postal/shipping site says delivered, the seller is the one who pays. Welcome to eBay
