Hello, my guitar arrived damaged inside a hard case, the packaging was only with a black roll of plastic, the problem is they didn’t unscrew the tremolo arm and probably with a hit during transport the bridge broke. I had the damage assessed and it comes to about 90 euros, I wrote to the seller and he hasn’t replied ..what should I do, I would like to keep the guitar also because it’s special, will it be possible to get the repair refunded ???By the way, I also paid a lot for it (TOO MUCH)
