I made a purchase, €99 on December 3rd. The deadline is January 7th. I contacted the seller who replied "don't worry if it doesn't arrive by January 9/10 you will be sent a replacement order" which means I should wait, after these 36 days, another 35/36 days. I explained that I have no intention of waiting that long and that when the deadline expires I will ask for a refund, but the seller keeps insisting on this replacement order, I have no intention of waiting more than another month outside the agreed terms. I hope that, if it doesn't arrive by January 7th, I will be refunded the amount of about €100. Thanks
