Once the customer has accepted the partial refund, can they change their mind?
I'm dealing with an annoying customer of dubious honesty, but since I didn't want to waste time I offered him a partial refund of 120 euros (out of a total of 200), but he absolutely wanted 130 and I, who couldn't take it anymore, offered him a 120 partial refund and I would have given him 10 through PayPal, but then I changed my mind because of the scam this guy put me in. He accepted the partial refund but the money is not yet in my account, and I don't want to give him this extra little bonus. The question is: can he cancel the partial refund once he has accepted it?

Mentore2 years agoIf the partial refund is as a result of a return procedure, acceptance closes the procedure and nothing more can be requested.
If, on the other hand, the partial refund is voluntary, it is obvious that he can also ask you for the rest...
