A DISGRACE FOR THOSE WHO SELL
DESPITE THE PROOF OF DELIVERY, THE BUYER WAS REFUNDED AT MY EXPENSE FOR NON-DELIVERY.
But what are we sellers supposed to get to protect ourselves from dishonest people?
Terrible eBay, which didn't even contact me about it despite the proof of delivery provided by the SDA website. By now this platform is more and more of a mess

Mentore3 years agoWhat you highlighted in the photo is NOT proof of delivery!
Proof of delivery is the POD (Proof of delivery), and Mario explained how to get it... the problem, if anything, may be which service or broker you shipped with... as subscribers, you can request the POD, pay for it, and get it immediately.

Mentore3 years agoIf it’s a substantial amount, you can also get the POD from SDA, which gives you proof of delivery. Unfortunately, for these low-cost services, proof of delivery is only available for a fee. https://www.sda.it/wps/portal/SDAit/prova-di-consegna

The tracking alone might be enough too; it’s very important that the address is exactly the one ebay gave you.
