good morning, I’ve been buying on eBay for years, and for the first time I’ve had problems: a seller sends me the product to an eBay collection center, but the package stays at the post office for days and then goes back to the sender after a month, with the notice 'incomplete information'. I tell the seller, who says he sent the package to the address I указed in the order and blames me for the error. An error I didn’t make, since I only clicked on eBay’s official collection address.He says he’s willing to do a second shipment to my official address and the package goes back to the sender again. I complain to him about yet another problem, and he blames me again, refusing to cooperate.eBay unfortunately closed the complaint because in the meantime more than 21 days had passed.So I filed a refund request with PayPal, attaching the tracking I received showing that the package is being sent back. The seller replied to them showing the information he entered for the shipment, which in fact would show the address of that meeting point.How many people has this happened to, and what chances do you think I have of getting my money back? this seems like a real scam to me.
