The buyer says they did NOT receive the item and claims, based on I don't know what proof, that the package never arrived in Bergamo. The post office says it was delivered and gave me a printout with the tracking for the package that left Milan and arrived in Bergamo. I sent the tracking printout to the buyer.
I also filed a complaint with the post office and am waiting for clarification, and I informed the buyer as well. I don't know whether the buyer also filed a complaint to ask who picked up this package, in any case they didn't tell me. How will this story end?
