User does not confirm delivery
Good morning, a user is not confirming the delivery of a product that took place several days ago and the payment money remains blocked. He is not responding to my emails. What can I do? Thanks

still with the “belief” that delivery is what unlocks the payment!
That’s not how it works, you’re a new seller so eBay blocks your payments for at least 15 days upfront until you gain more experience.
Also, the buyer can’t confirm delivery; it’s you, by entering the tracking information and the courier’s name correctly in the details of your sale, who helps eBay keep track of your package!

In any case, confirmation wouldn't help. The funds are not released upon delivery, because the seller's responsibility does not end there.
