What should I do if a user doesn't respond to messages of any kind, not even the WhatsApp number or social channels? Product arrived on April 7 but as of today there is still no sign of shipping.

Obviously you bought from abroad and the delivery times are long.
If by April 8 you haven’t received anything, open a case:
