Good morning. I wanted to share with you the unpleasant experience with a user with 0 feedback who registered on Ebay about 20 days ago. He buys an item from me last Saturday and hounds me with a series of questions about the day I would ship it. He writes to me that he paid immediately and wants the item shipped right away. As stated in the listing, I ship within the stated time, that is, 1 day. So I ship it on Monday. The courier picks up the shipment around 5:30 p.m.The next morning I find a return request sent at 1:30 a.m. (the middle of the night) on Tuesday. The buyer complains that he received the package that had been sent to him 9 hours earlier without the item inside. I check the tracking and see that the package has just arrived in the destination city and is out for delivery.I point this out to the buyer, who continues to claim that the package was empty... I contact Ebay support, which tells me they can intervene after 3 business days from the start of the return request. A few hours later, around 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the package appears to have been delivered at that time. Only at this point does the buyer send me a photo of my package, from which only my label can be seen.I contact Ebay support again to report the at least suspicious behavior. I accept the return of the package by sending the buyer a return label. At this point the buyer floods me with a series of messages, first asking what sense there is in sending me the envelope, which he says is empty, then he writes to me that he doesn't have a printer to print the label to stick on the package. Finally he writes to me that he is willing to close the return if I refund him. My replies are all aimed at following the return procedure he had activated on Ebay.Today, Wednesday, I am informed by Ebay that the sale has been canceled to ensure my safety since the user is no longer registered on Ebay.
