Good morning everyone, I’ve been a comic book collector for many years and I’ve made purchases on eBay for the past few months. I’m asking whether it is possible, and if so how, to report to eBay an issue relating to many sales listings, namely the seller’s overstatement of the comic’s condition. Very often comics listed as in "perfect" condition or without defects, even when they are "newsstand" copies, almost never match these conditions, misleading the buyer. I’d also add that the photos are not always sufficient to understand the actual condition of the item. This often leads to returns because the goods do not match the description, with wasted time, etc.For eBay too, this situation translates into lost revenue and various complications. If, instead, a serious reference protocol were established, none of this would happen. How can I report the above in order to avoid this phenomenon? Thank you.
