Sell to a user with 0 feedback

Good morning everyone!
I sold an item on eBay worth 280 euros (a new appliance, still boxed).
The user who placed the order (apart from the somewhat unusual nickname), signed up to eBay on the day they bought it and of course has no feedback.
Would you ship it?
I’ve already received the payment from eBay, but I don’t want to end up dealing with returns and refunds.
If I cancel the order now, what happens?
Would my account be penalized?
